We find your sound
We create samples informed by your brief. You listen, we adjust. Once the direction is right, you receive your full agreed library of 60 original tracks and the browser player to review.

Approve and get started
Your first invoice comes no earlier than the agreed payment start, after you approve the full delivery. Declining before payment start costs nothing. We help you connect the player to your speakers. Then you receive five new tracks each month and free replacements.

What the calculation assumes
The comparison assumes the costs you enter can end when you switch. Remaining contract periods, overlapping payments and new equipment are not included. Original music can remove STIM and SAMI charges, but that depends on the music you play and your agreements. We review this before you switch.
The calculation uses the standard monthly price multiplied by twelve, excluding any individual switching offer and overlapping costs. Billing is quarterly in advance. With annual payment in advance, you pay for eleven months; that discount is not included in the calculation.

Pricing and what is included

60 tracks at launch, five new tracks each month and a browser player. All music is tailored to your needs. We keep it updated and replace tracks for you at no extra cost.
For example: 60 tracks at 3 minutes each give 3 hours of music. Exact playing time depends on your delivery and selected profile.
SEK 2,900 setup fee per customer, regardless of store count. Twelve paid months from payment start with an exception for the 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Your first invoice comes no earlier than payment start, after you approve the full delivery. No per-play fee from us.
Standard annual payment, excluding any individual switching offer: twelve months for the price of eleven. For one store, that is SEK 3,839 per year, or SEK 6,739 in the first year including the setup fee.

60-day satisfaction guarantee
Not satisfied? Tell hej@personalrummet.se within 60 days of the agreed payment start. We refund the music setup fee and the music subscription fees you have paid us. We end the music agreement with no further fees.
The guarantee is an explicit exception to the twelve paid contract months from payment start. It covers music fees paid to us, not other services or other suppliers' fees.

How much playing time is 60 tracks?
60 tracks is roughly three hours if the average track is three minutes long. Exact playing time depends on your delivery. A selected profile may be shorter than the full library.
How do we get help if something goes wrong?
Contact Joel at hej@personalrummet.se or 010-198 59 61. We usually reply the same working day. If a fix or music change needs more work, we explain the next step and when we will get back to you.
Can we replace music that does not fit?
Yes. We tailor all the music to your needs and replace tracks at no extra cost during your subscription. Tell us what does not work or the atmosphere you want, and we take care of it.
Do we need new speakers?
The player runs in a browser on a computer or tablet that can connect to your speakers. We check your equipment before you start. New equipment is not included in the price.
How do the music rights work?
Your agreement gives you the right to play the tracks we supply, with production records for each track. Original music can remove STIM and SAMI charges. We review your existing agreements before you switch. Other music you play alongside it may require separate licences.
How is the music created?
We create the music and select tracks for the profile we agree on. You hear examples before deciding and give feedback on what works in your store. The library contains original productions. If familiar artists are a priority, keep that in mind as you listen.
Can we buy just the music?
Yes. Store music is a standalone service. You do not need to buy any other Personalrummet service.
What happens to our current agreement?
When switching, you can receive up to three calendar months without subscription fees. See switching offer terms. We review costs, contract terms and notice periods together before a switch. The calculator is a comparison only. It does not cancel any agreement or include overlapping payments.
