01 · Your sound
What makes the music yours?
We start with your store, customers and the atmosphere you want. The samples are possible directions. Choose a favourite, describe something else or ask us to help you choose.
We shape tempo, energy and instrumentation around your brief. You listen to samples and give feedback before we create the full agreed library. Your music profile can then be adapted for different parts of the day.
60 tracks at launch. Five new tracks each month. If tracks average three minutes, the starting library runs for around three hours. Actual playing time depends on your delivery, and a selected profile may contain fewer tracks. We follow up on what works for your staff and replace music that does not fit.
Music created around your brief
We create the music and review the delivery against the profile we agree on. It is original music. Well-known artists and their original recordings are not included. You hear the full agreed delivery before approving it.
Research and your feedback
Research on music in retail informs our choices of tempo, energy and sound. Your setting and the need for conversation matter too. No single style always works best, and we do not promise a particular sales increase. Read about the research we use.
02 · In your store
Open the player.
Connect the sound.
Music plays in a browser on a computer or tablet connected to your store's sound system. You do not need a personal Spotify subscription. We check which device and speakers you have before launch.
Offline
Save the library on the device you will use for playback. Saved music can then be used when the connection drops. New tracks need to download when you are online again.
Weekly schedule
Choose when music plays and which profile fits each part of the day. While the player is running, it follows the schedule and pauses at closing time.
Recovery
The player attempts to recover from temporary playback errors. Resuming after a page reload is optional. After a restart, the browser may require a press of the play button.
What needs checking before launch?
The audio output, storage space, volume and device sleep settings. A web page cannot switch on a powered-off computer. Offline music needs downloading again if the browser's local storage is cleared. We therefore review playback on the device you will actually use.
Only have speakers, or unsure about the connection? Choose "Not sure" in the brief and we will help you work it out. New hardware and on-site installation are not included in the music price. Multiple audio zones and particular speaker systems need to be discussed before ordering.

03 · Before switching
The music service and music rights are different things.
In Sweden, STIM represents songwriters, composers and publishers. SAMI collects remuneration for performing artists and musicians when recorded music is played publicly. A subscription to a music service does not automatically include every fee.
Our customer agreement gives you the right to play the tracks we supply in the agreed business setting. Each track has production documentation. Original music can remove STIM and SAMI charges, but we review the music, your use and your existing agreements before you switch. It is not a blanket exemption for all music in your store.
If you also play other music
Radio, well-known tracks or other playlists alongside our music may require separate agreements. Do not cancel your current agreements just because you have sent an enquiry or listened to a sample.
Why is personal Spotify not enough?
Spotify's personal service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Spotify does not allow it to be played publicly in a store, for example. This is separate from which music rights your business needs.
Read STIM on rights, SAMI on remuneration and Spotify on commercial use (Swedish sources). Checked 18 October 2026.
04 · Your cost
What does switching cost?
Start with what you pay today: the music service and any separate STIM and SAMI charges. Our calculator shows the first year including setup and subsequent years. It also shows when our service would cost more.
Before you decide, we review contract terms, cancellation dates and any overlapping payments. Equipment can affect the cost too. The calculator does not cancel agreements and assumes the costs you enter can end.
Switch with up to three months without subscription fees
We verify the end date and confirmed cancellation of your current music service. The period without subscription fees ends when the old agreement expires, or no later than three calendar months after the agreed music start, whichever comes first. Music start and payment start are agreed in writing before launch. Longer contracts and chain arrangements are reviewed separately.
The SEK 2,900 setup fee remains and is invoiced no earlier than payment start, after you approve the full delivery. No subscription fees are charged retrospectively for the switching period. You can decline before payment start without charge. The twelve paid contract months and 60-day satisfaction guarantee run from payment start. Without a switching period, music start and payment start are the same day.
Other providers' costs, STIM, SAMI and hardware are not covered by the offer. Full switching offer terms.
The calculator uses ordinary prices and excludes individual switching offers and overlapping costs.
The same prices as on our music page.SEK 349 per store per month for 1 to 5 stores, SEK 299 for 6 to 20 and SEK 249 for 21 or more. Setup is SEK 2,900 per customer. Prices exclude VAT. See payment basis, annual payment, contract term and guarantee on our music pricing section.

05 · Getting started
A short brief.
No meeting required.
- Choose a direction and tell us about your store. Send your music choice, a few details about the store and your email address. No appointment or account is needed.
- We reply by email. Joel reads the brief and agrees on the next step with you. We can clarify anything that is missing by email. A conversation is available if you prefer.
- You listen and approve. First we find the musical direction. Then you review your full agreed library and player before the first invoice. Declining before payment start costs nothing.
- We help you launch. We review playback and agree on when music starts in your store. We also agree on payment start in writing before launch. Your 60-day satisfaction guarantee and twelve paid contract months run from payment start. Without a switching period, music start and payment start are the same day.
An enquiry does not start a subscription. The music agreement runs for twelve paid months from payment start, with an explicit exception for the satisfaction guarantee. Read what the guarantee covers.
06 · Once you are playing
Music can change
when your needs do.
A distracting track, too much energy or a different atmosphere in mind? Tell us which track or profile it concerns and what you would like to change. Tailoring and track replacements are included in your subscription.
Joel is your contact for both music and technical help. We usually reply the same working day. If an issue or change takes longer, we explain the next step and when we will get back to you. This is personal support, not a promise of round-the-clock staffing.
