From PowerPoint to staff room in 30 days

The store's staff room, online.

We turn your PowerPoint into training everyone can find, produce music that is truly yours and build the schedule around your rules. Everything tailored to your material and your needs, finished before you decide. You become a customer only when you are completely satisfied, and you pay per chain, not per employee.

The flow

From your file to full control, in five steps.

Scroll, and watch what happens to the PowerPoint.

  1. Step 1 · You send

    A PowerPoint from 2022.

The sales training as it looks today: 43 slides, bullet lists, prices that stopped applying, no speaker notes. You send the file. Nothing else.

  2. Step 2 · We build

Becomes training on the TV in the staff room.

Every click takes the next step, with presenter view and speaker notes. Checked against your sources, in your brand. Ready to review within a week, and you decide only then.

  3. Step 3 · The staff

And on the phone, with a quiz.

The same content stacked for a small screen. Two questions after every chapter, the right answer with the reasoning from the chapter. No app, one address.

  4. Step 4 · Every week

The weekly letter, with a receipt.

A letter from head office with three things to do. Mark as read, so head office knows who has read it in which store.

  5. Step 5 · Full control

    The follow-up fills up.

Who has seen what, for how long, and how it went. Per person, store and chapter. That is what you decide on, not a feeling.

Four things that decide whether it is worth it

What you get, how certain, how fast, and how little you have to do.

What you get

Every store does it the same way

The training, the prices, the routines and the schedule in one place, never out of date. And SEK 250,000 to 450,000 a year in licences a twelve-store chain no longer pays.

How certain

You see it finished first

You become a customer when you are completely satisfied, not before. SOVA as proof. And two guarantees after the purchase: same day, and that staff actually use it.

How fast

A week, then a month

Finished and ready to review within a week. Launched on your address within a month. Changes done the same day.

How little you do

You send one file

A PowerPoint, a playlist, an Excel schedule or a talk recorded on a phone. We do the rest. Want something changed, you write it in a box.

Three things we build

What hangs in the staff room today. Except it works.

The training binder, the radio and the schedule on the wall. We make them digital, with your content and your rules, and keep them alive.

01 · Training

Your PowerPoint becomes training everyone can find.

The sales method, the product knowledge, the onboarding. We rebuild the material into a presentation you can run on a screen, read on a phone and update in minutes. With a quiz after every chapter.

  • Presenter view with speaker notes, so anyone can run it
  • PDF and PowerPoint included
  • The tools that go with it: product guide, sales support, checklists
  • The supplier's talk, recorded on a phone, is a chapter the next day
How we digitize

02 · Music

Store music that is truly yours.

Instead of streaming other people's songs and paying per store, you get your own library, made for your stores: the right tempo in the morning, the right mood on a Saturday. No ads, no songs your customers have heard a hundred times.

  • Produced for you, you own the use
  • Playlists by time of day and season
  • Plays from any device
About the music

03 · Scheduling

The schedule built around your rules, on everyone's phone.

Opening hours, who may open, hour targets per person, breaks, public holidays. We build the schedule as a rolling rotation that meets your rules, and publish it where staff actually look: their phones.

  • The rules built in, not in the manager's head
  • Swaps and requests without Excel
  • Hours per person, ready for payroll
About scheduling

And everything that goes with it: price tags and signs from the price list, in-store TV with the campaigns, the weekly letter from head office with read receipts, customer satisfaction via a QR code at the till, complaints and incidents with a photo, quiz follow-up per employee, checklists, product guides. All in the same staff room, all shown in the example chain below.

New · The supplier training

Record the talk on a phone. The next day every store has it as training.

The supplier comes in to present the new bed, the new cooker or the new bike. Whoever works that day hears it, the rest never do. Put a phone on the table and record. We turn the recording into training: chapters, the key facts, the sales arguments and a quiz, in your brand, ready the next day. Every store, every shift.

Ask the speaker first and say so on the recording. The slides say only what was said, and product names and figures are checked against the supplier's material. One talk a month is included in Personalrummet, more cost SEK 1,490 each.

How it works

  • Record. A voice memo on the phone, close to the speaker. 30 to 90 minutes.
  • Send the file. In the order box in the staff room or by email, the same day.
  • The next day. The training is in the staff room: chapters, quiz, reading view for the phone and a one-page sales card for the store.

Lars, Växjö2 of 49 min3 of 4

The slide that takes longest: choosing fabric for the life in the sofa, 2 minutes on average. The slide people skip: the measurements, 28 seconds.

See the follow-up in the example chain

Full control

You see who has seen what. And for how long.

Every chain gets its own follow-up: who has opened the training, which chapters they went through, how long they stayed on each slide, what they answered in the quizzes and who has read the weekly letter. Per person, store and chapter. The slide everyone skips shows up immediately, and so does the chapter that takes the longest.

Staff see their own numbers, head office sees the group's. It is follow-up of the training, not of people, and it says so in the staff room so everyone knows. Export to Excel whenever you like.

Why not a system

A learning system is an empty shell with a licence per head.

The big platforms want 300 or 1,000 users before they even answer. The small ones need you to rebuild the material yourself. Agencies deliver a file. We build it finished and charge per chain.

How it works

You send what you have. We build it finished. Then you decide.

A call

Thirty minutes about what you have today and what hurts. We show the SOVA platform.

We build it finished

Not a draft: the whole training, the whole music library or the whole rotation, with your material and in your brand. Within a week. Free.

You review, we adjust, you decide

If it is not quite right, we change it until it is. You become a customer only when you are completely satisfied. Then you pay the setup fee and the subscription starts. Otherwise it costs nothing.

Launch and upkeep

On your address, behind a login. Then we keep it alive, often the same day you get in touch.

Packages and pricing

Open pricing. Per chain, never per employee.

A low setup fee once you have seen it finished and said yes, then a subscription where we keep it alive. All prices in SEK, excluding VAT.

Common questions

What people ask on the first call.

Do we have to switch systems or install an app?
No. Personalrummet is an address in the browser, behind a login. It works on the TV in the staff room, the tablet in the store and staff members' own phones. You don't need to set up accounts per person.
Who owns the material?
You do. The content is yours from the start, and the built material is yours once it's paid for. If you stop the hosting you take everything with you, including PDF and PowerPoint.
Can we update it ourselves?
Yes. Every chain gets its own login where you edit texts yourselves. For everything else there is a box: write what you want changed or built, a new page, a chapter, a campaign. It is built the same day, you approve it, then it goes live. Included in the subscription.
Can we see who has done the training?
Yes. The follow-up shows, per person and store, who has opened it, which chapters they went through, how long they stayed on each slide, the quiz answers and who has read the weekly letter. Staff see their own numbers, head office sees the group's, and it says so in the staff room so everyone knows. Export to Excel is included.
Where is it stored?
On Cloudflare with data in Europe. Personalrummet stores no personal data about staff beyond what the schedule needs, and nothing about your customers.
How tailored is it, really?
Completely. No templates with your colours on: your material, your words, your routines, your range and your rules. We build it finished, you review it, and we change it until you are completely satisfied. Only then do you become a customer.
Can you turn a talk or a meeting into training?
Yes. Record it on a phone, ask permission first, and send the file. The next day it is in the staff room as training with chapters and a quiz, in your brand. The slides say only what was said. One a month is included in Personalrummet, more cost SEK 1,490 each.
We only have three stores. Are we too small?
No. We build from one store. It's the big platforms that have floors of hundreds of users, not us.
Can we really play our own music in the store without fees?
Yes, for the music in the library. The tracks are sound recordings that we produce and own under the Swedish Copyright Act, with no performing musicians, and we license the right to play them directly to you. STIM, the Swedish collecting society for composers, states itself that AI-generated music with no human author is not protected by copyright. It is the same model as directly licensed music from Epidemic Sound, which Swedish stores play today without agreements with STIM or SAMI. The details and the legal provisions are on the music page.

Send us what you have today.

A PowerPoint, a playlist or an Excel schedule is enough. Within a week it is finished and ready to review, with your material. If you don't like it, it costs nothing. We build three chains a month, then there is a queue.
