Your material becomes a finished staff room
You send the presentations, documents and procedures you already have. We organise the content, build the training and get it ready for your review. Setup fee from SEK 39,000, invoiced once you have approved the first delivery.
- Up to ten training modules from your material. A module could cover the first customer meeting, a returns procedure or an opening checklist.
- A mobile reading view, knowledge checks and a presentation mode with speaker notes for briefings
- One shared address and start page, with a manager's view of who has completed what and how the knowledge check went
We agree each module's content and exact scope with you before we start. You approve the content before it is published.
Content work every month, per company
When you change a procedure, we update the material. When you have something new to teach, we build the next module. You email the source material and approve what we have made.

Workplaces are stores and other sites where your staff work. Head office and central warehouses do not count. The agreement runs for twelve months.
- Up to ten small changes, such as a new price in a course, revised wording in a procedure or current campaign details
- One new training module or one recorded lecture of up to 90 minutes, with the speaker's permission
- Hosting and login, with no per-user fee
- A reply within one working day. Small changes ready for your approval within two working days
- After 60 days we review usage together and improve the training where needed
We agree the scope of changes before work begins. Larger work gets an estimate for your approval first.

- Store music. SEK 349 per store and month, SEK 299 from 6 stores and SEK 249 from 21. Setup fee SEK 2,900.

We quote a fixed price for these builds after reviewing your material. Additional changes outside the monthly package cost SEK 1,200 an hour, after you approve our estimate before work begins.

A product guide for your own range.
The salesperson answers a few questions about what the customer needs, and the guide suggests products from your range, with your prices. A new salesperson then has the same information as an experienced one.
We build the guide after going through your range and where your prices are kept. You get a fixed price before we start.

Before you decide.
Who can see staff data?
Employees see their own results. Managers see their team. What is stored and for how long is agreed with you before we start, and we sign a data processing agreement when one is needed. More about privacy and data.
Can we make changes ourselves?
Yes. A designated content editor can change existing training texts and workplace guides in the modules we agree on. You save drafts, preview them and publish a new version. With our full service, we keep doing the content work for you: up to ten small changes a month are included. See what the editor covers.
Can we manage the content or buy the system?
Yes. If you want to manage the content, we build the initial delivery, train you and agree on hosting and support. If you want your own version of the system, we quote an agreed delivery in your environment, with source code, documentation and training. Rights, any data migration and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before we start. Compare delivery options.
What happens after the trial build?
You decide whether to continue with Personalrummet. For up to 10 workplaces it costs SEK 6,490 a month, with a setup fee from SEK 39,000 and a twelve-month agreement. What happens if we leave?
The agreement runs for twelve months. If you leave, you take the code and the material we delivered with you. The music is used under the customer agreement.
