Smart scheduling

SEK 249per store per month. No setup fee: the rules and the first rotation are entered before you decide

The base schedule built as a rolling rotation around your rules, published to staff phones.

  • Your rules entered: opening hours, who opens, hour targets, breaks, public holidays
  • Rotation verified against daily rest, weekly rest and breaks before publishing
  • My schedule and the store's schedule on the phone, calendar file, printout with one row per person
  • Requests and swaps in the same view
  • Hours per person and period, exported as PAXml to Fortnox, Visma, Hogia or Crona
  • Changes to the rotation included, you email

If you need clocking in with GPS and automatic unsocial-hours pay we set up Timeplan, Quinyx or Planday for you instead. Quoted per chain.

An LMS for 80 users typically costs SEK 80,000 to 150,000 a year without converting the material, music with licences SEK 12,000 to 25,000 per store per year, and a scheduling system SEK 30 to 100 per employee per month.

Two guarantees after the purchase

Before the purchase the risk is zero: you become a customer only when you are completely satisfied. After the purchase we stand for two more things, and both can be checked in the staff room.

The same-day guarantee

Ordered before noon, done the same day.

Changes and new pages ordered in the box before noon on a working day are ready for approval the same day. If we miss it, that month is free.

The usage guarantee

Staff have to use it, or we rebuild it.

If fewer than seven in ten of your staff have completed the quizzes 60 days after launch, we rebuild the training at no cost until they do. The read receipts and quiz results in the staff room show it.

We build three chains a month, then there is a queue.

The terms

Simple, and they're right here.

What do we pay before we have seen anything?
Nothing. We build it finished with your material, you review it, and only when you have said yes do we invoice the setup fee and the first quarter of the subscription. Then quarterly in advance, or the year in advance for two months free.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. One month's notice on the hosting. If you cancel you take everything with you: the code, the PDFs, the PowerPoint files and the music library.
What do changes beyond what's included cost?
SEK 1,200 an hour, always with an estimate before we start. Most chains stay within the included hours.
How can the setup fee be so low?
Because the build is fast with the tools we use, and because what we sell is the subscription: the material kept alive, updated and growing every month. The setup fee covers what's in the list. More slides, more languages, video or a product guide for several thousand items cost more, and we say exactly how much before we build.
What does a recorded talk cost?
One a month is included in Personalrummet. More cost SEK 1,490 per talk of up to 90 minutes, ready as training the next day. You record it on a phone, ask the speaker for permission and send the file.
We want to start with one thing. Is that possible?
Yes, that's the usual way. Most start with the training or the music and add the next part when the first one sits.
Do we get a discount if we take everything?
Yes. Take the staff room, the music and the scheduling together and we take ten percent off all monthly fees.
