Personalrummet

You provide the knowledge. We build a finished digital staff room from your material and keep training, procedures and checklists up to date. One price per company and month, with no per-user fee. The number of workplaces sets the level. Workplaces are stores and other sites where your staff work. Head office and central warehouses do not count.

More than 30: Fixed price after a review

Setup fee from SEK 39,000. It is invoiced only once you have approved the first delivery. Twelve-month agreement, invoiced quarterly in advance or annually for the price of eleven months.

The work continues after launch.

A procedure changes. A product is added. New colleagues need to learn the job. You send the material, and we do the content work and build the next training module. You approve it before publication.

Up to ten training modules at the start, such as the customer meeting or returns procedures, with knowledge checks. Exact scope is agreed before we start.

Music in the calculator uses ordinary prices, excluding any individual switching offer and overlapping costs.

Setup fee SEK 2,900. 60 tracks at the start and five new ones a month. Your own music can remove the STIM and SAMI cost. Before you switch, we go through your agreements together.

Listen first. Pay once you have approved. Review your full music library and player before the first invoice. Payment starts on the date agreed in writing, after approval of the full delivery. Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee lets you receive a refund of the music setup fee and music subscription fees paid to us, and end the music agreement with no further fees. How the music guarantee works. Switching from another service? Up to three months without subscription fees, with verified end date and cancellation.

These are the terms.

The same terms are in the agreement. If anything is unclear, we go through it on the call.

Trial build: One presentation of up to 40 slides, ready to review within a week of us receiving the material. Applies after a 30-minute call with the person who decides, and one trial build per company. If you say no, it costs nothing. If you say yes, a twelve-month agreement starts according to the price list.
Workplaces: Stores and other sites where your staff work. Head office and central warehouses do not count.
Agreement: Twelve months. Invoiced quarterly in advance, or annually for the price of eleven months.
Setup fee: From SEK 39,000 for up to ten training modules, such as the customer meeting, a returns procedure or an opening checklist. Content and exact scope are agreed before we start. It is invoiced only once you have approved the first delivery. Larger builds, such as a product guide for your range, an induction programme for new staff, sales support or integration with your own systems, get a fixed price after a review.
Every month: We make up to ten small changes, such as a new price in a course, revised wording in a procedure or current campaign details, and build one new training module or turn a recorded lecture of up to 90 minutes into training. You approve it before publication. Hosting and login are included. Lectures are recorded with the speaker's permission. We agree the scope of changes before work begins.
Editing your own text: A designated content editor can change existing training texts and workplace guides in the modules we agree on. Drafts are reviewed before publication as a new version. Existing assignments and results keep their original version. We handle changes to knowledge checks and assessment criteria. What the editor covers.
Other delivery options: Content you manage yourselves with hosting and support, or your own version of the system in your environment, receives a separate quote. Scope, rights, handover and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before work begins. Music rights are covered separately in the customer agreement.
Builds with a fixed price: Product guides, induction programmes, sales support and integrations with your own systems receive a fixed price after a review. You approve the scope and price before work begins.
Other larger content work: SEK 1,200 an hour, based on an estimate you approve before work begins. Extra lecture SEK 1,490.
Response time: A reply within one working day. Small changes are ready for your approval within two working days. We make the changes in the package, and you approve everything before it is published.
Follow-up: After 60 days we review usage together and adjust the training where needed.
Store music: SEK 349 per store and month, SEK 299 from 6 stores and SEK 249 from 21. Setup fee SEK 2,900. Listen to your full music library and try the player before the first invoice. The setup fee is invoiced no earlier than the agreed payment start, after you approve the full delivery. You can decline before payment start without charge. Without a switching period, music start and payment start are the same day.
Music switching offer: Up to three calendar months without subscription fees when switching from an existing music service. We verify the end date and confirmed cancellation. The period ends when the old agreement expires or three calendar months after the agreed music start, whichever comes first. Dates are agreed in writing before launch. No retrospective subscription fees. The SEK 2,900 setup fee remains, invoiced no earlier than payment start after approval of the full delivery. You can decline before payment start without charge. Other providers, STIM, SAMI and hardware are not covered. Longer contracts and chain arrangements are reviewed separately. Full switching offer terms.
Music satisfaction guarantee: 60 days from the agreed payment start. If you are not happy with the experience, notify hej@personalrummet.se within that period. We refund the music setup fee and music subscription fees you have paid us, and end the music agreement with no further fees. This is an exception to the twelve paid contract months, which also run from payment start. The guarantee covers our music fees, not other services or fees charged by other providers. If you leave: You take the code and the material we delivered with you. The music is used under the customer agreement.
