The problem
The material exists, but nobody finds it.
The training day was good. Then the file sat on a server, in an email or on a USB stick. Whoever starts in March learns from whoever happens to work the same shift.
You have the material: the sales training, the product knowledge, the routines, the onboarding. It sits in PowerPoint and Word, nobody can find it, and it went out of date. We rebuild it into a staff room online, with quizzes, presenter view and one source for everything, so a store manager can run the training alone and a new hire can read it on their phone on day one.
The problem
The training day was good. Then the file sat on a server, in an email or on a USB stick. Whoever starts in March learns from whoever happens to work the same shift.
The problem
Prices, guarantees, ranges and routines change. The presentation doesn't. Eventually nobody trusts it, and everyone does things a little differently.
The problem
A learning system costs per user per month and needs someone on your side to fill it with content. With high staff turnover you pay for accounts that never log in.
How we work
The difference from buying a platform: we take your material, rewrite it so it holds up, check every figure against your own sources and build it like a real product. No templates: your words, your routines, your range. You review, we change it until you are completely satisfied, and only then do you become a customer.
Every click takes the next step, just like PowerPoint. Presenter view with speaker notes and a timer, an overview of all slides, full screen on the TV in the staff room, a clicker works. No logging into a system in the middle of the training.
Two or three questions the room answers together. The right answer with the reasoning from the chapter, nothing that isn't in the material. It turns the training into training instead of a lecture, and the answer key comes with the PDF.
Who has opened it, which chapters they went through, the time on each slide and the quiz answers, per person and store. The slide everyone skips and the chapter that takes longest show up immediately, so the next version gets better. Staff see their own numbers, head office sees the group's.
The supplier's product training or the sales meeting, recorded on a phone. We transcribe it, split it into chapters, pull out the key facts and the sales arguments and build it as training with a quiz, ready the next day. Those who were not there get the same thing as those who were.
The same content stacked for a small screen, so the new hire can read it in peace. No app to install, one address to open.
A training says how to do it. The tools make it easy to do so: a product guide that matches your range, sales support for the tablet, checklists filled in on the spot. The training and the tools use the same words, so what you teach is what staff use.
If a price or a guarantee changes, it changes in one place and flows through to the presentation, the reading view, the PDF and the guide. Range and prices can be pulled from your website with one command, with a date on every figure.
For anyone who wants to run the training without a browser, or print it, the same content is built as PowerPoint and PDF with speaker notes.
How it works
You send everything you have: presentations, documents, binders, links. We go through it together in a meeting and decide what goes in.
We build the whole training with your material and your brand, and show it. You decide only once you have seen it finished.
If you say yes, every figure is checked against your sources and dated, and you get two rounds of proofing before launch.
Behind a login on your address. Then we keep it alive: you email a change, we make it, often the same day.
The supplier training
The supplier comes in to present the new bed, the new cooker or the new bike. Whoever works that day hears it, the rest never do. Put a phone on the table and record. We turn the recording into training: chapters, the key facts, the sales arguments and a quiz, in your brand, ready the next day. Every store, every shift.
Ask the speaker first and say so on the recording. The slides say only what was said, and product names and figures are checked against the supplier's material. One talk a month is included in Personalrummet, more cost SEK 1,490 each.
How it works
Good for
The method, the needs analysis, the objections, the close. With quizzes and the tools the salesperson needs on the floor.
The range with real prices, the differences between brands, what to say about what. Linked to your website so it doesn't go stale.
The first week for a new colleague: routines, the till, opening and closing, who to ask. On their phone from day one.
Opening, closing, campaign changes, complaints, stocktaking. Checklists ticked off on the tablet and saved.
How the store manager coaches, what is said at each step, the follow-up. With speaker notes so it can be run without us.
One page per campaign: what applies, what to say, what should be in the store. Replaces the email nobody finds.
Free and without obligation. You pay only once you have seen the training finished and said yes.
