We build and check
The base schedule is checked against the agreed rules, such as rest periods and breaks. We go through any conflicts with you before the schedule takes effect.
Reuse and adjust
The rotation becomes the starting point for the next period. Staffing changes are reviewed with the manager and shifts are adjusted. Staff see their own shifts on the phone, with a calendar file and a printout. Requests and swaps are collected for the manager.

Planned hours and export to your payroll system.
The schedule adds up planned hours per person and period and can be exported as PAXml, a file format read by Fortnox, Visma and Hogia among others. The export is tested against your payroll system before you start.
Planned time is not the same as actual attendance, and the schedule does not fully calculate unsocial-hours pay or overtime. The guide in the demo is an example and does not interpret every rule in the collective agreement. If you need a time clock, full unsocial-hours calculation or payroll approval, we help you choose a system that does that.
